Ian Michael Giatti
A veteran media and entertainment talent, Ian Michael Giatti is also a seasoned ministry leader whose first passion is teaching the Word of God for audiences of all ages.
With a resume that spans across film, TV and broadcast and digital media, Ian also has a wealth of experience both on and off camera.
He’s served as a Sunday School teacher, in ministry leadership, and has led worship and Bible studies for inmates and staff at Los Angeles County jails.
Since the age of 6, Ian has appeared as an actor in several films, TV shows, and commercials. He’s best known for movie roles in “The Great Outdoors” (1988) and “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” (1985) and most recently on TV’s “SEAL Team” (2017),
But it wasn’t until he underwent a life-altering medical emergency and the mental health crisis that ensued when Ian ultimately abandoned his lifelong atheist worldview and put his faith in Christ alone – a moment that changed everything.
An author on both sides of his conversion, Ian has contributed to several books on faith and other topics, including “SOCIAL INJUSTICE”. He released his latest work, “BACKWARDS DAD” in early 2022.
His current project is focused on starting a conversation about why Big Media has grown openly hostile toward people of faith – specifically Bible-believing Christians – and what that means for the future of media and for those who live out their faith in the professional arena, whatever that may be.
In 2007, he married Susan, the love and inspiration of his life. They have four amazing kids.
